I found the location convenient and liked the clean bedroom with nice bedding. The staff in the bar were friendly and knowledgeable, which made my stay pleasant. However, I noticed that customer service could improve as my emails before arrival went unanswered. It felt disorganized during checkout, probably because I booked through a third party. Overall, it was a good stay, though not without its challenges.

Oh, the Neapolitan pizza at Leonelli Taberna was an absolute game changer—crispy, bubbly crust and fresh toppings that whisk you straight to Naples! Plus, the free wine hour was a fabulous bonus that really set the tone for our New York evenings, enhancing the great vibes. The room was surprisingly spacious, and trust me, that grab-and-go breakfast was a stellar start to our busy days!

The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Staff were helpful, especially at the reception, where they assisted with transportation plans during inclement weather. However, the rooms were on the smaller side, and noise from the corridor was noticeable at times, affecting our comfort during the stay.

Perfect spot for fams in NYC
We stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Double, and it was awesome! The room was cozy and clean, and we loved the valet service – super easy but kinda pricey. The staff were super friendly! They always had fresh fruit and bottled water available, and the breakfast was delicious. Don’t miss the great coffee and pastries at the café!

We loved being close to Bryant Park, where we enjoyed the delightful winter garden activities. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. Plus, the décor gives a nice New York vibe!
My wife says that the breakfast area was cramped and the options limited. It would be great if they could add a more family-friendly morning buffet.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up Bryant Park and Chelsea Piers, making great memories. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring. Breakfast was tasty, and we loved the cozy vibe of the room. Perfect for our group trip!
The hand shower in the bathroom wasn't very user-friendly. It made things a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin our fun.
